Amateur qualifying (for 16+ male & females) starts at 9.30am. The fastest will qualify to race during the Viking StreetVelodrome Series races which start at 2pm. The overall male and female amateur winners will be invited to race at the SUPERFINALS in Canary Wharf on 10 August to represent their region.

NexGen riders (12-16 year olds) qualify at 11am. The top riders will go through to the main races on the day to win their medals.

Sharks v Tigers riders (3 to 11 year olds) get to race between 1pm and 2pm representing either the Sharks or Tigers. Win their race and they'll win a point for their team. The team with the most points after the last race will win. But all participants will win medals.

All of this action will be part of the build up to the Pro rider races which are set to electrify Smithfield Square from 2pm. Team Dublin will be hoping the local crowd support will see them capture the gold medal come the finals.
