The 2015 ASDA StreetVelodrome Series was the most successful so far in the exciting story of the World's most accessible cycle sport series.
1.2 million people engaged with the Series via social media, 1.6 million will see the concept in action on UK TV via news coverage or by tuning into the StreetVelodrome TV Series on BT Sport.
Live events attracted over 112,000 visitors and there were over 100,000 visits to the Series website.
Thanks to our 2015 brand partners we were able to bring the excitement and drama of Olympic style pursuit racing right into the heart of communities all over the UK, including Belfast, London and whilst supporting the Tour of Britain.
4,500 people activaly participated on track with many 100's actually taking part in the Series by attempting to qualify to race alongside Olympians and elite level pro riders.
This is a truly unique cycle sport concept which brings together both the niche cycling audience and the broader public. It offers individuals an amazing cycling experience whilst entertaining and engaging a mass audience. It delivers social change and offers a 100% free gateway to cycle sport.
